Varicose Veins

20% of people aged over 60 years have some degree of peripheral arterial disease. The most common initial symptom of peripheral arterial disease is leg pain while walking, known as intermittent claudication.

An aneurysm is a swelling of a blood vessel and typically affects the aorta (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) or Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm) and popliteal arteries. Timely identification and treatment is required to prevent serious complications.
