Self-funding Clients

The Circulation Clinic kindly asks all self-funding clients to settle their account in full before initial or follow-up consultations, investigations or treatment.

The Circulation Clinic recognises that our clients are busy professional with ever changing diaries and will endeavour to accommodate all clients scheduling requirements wherever possible. In the event that a client is unable to attend a booked consultation we will reschedule or refund at no cost to the client when ≥48 hours’ notice has been given. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given a charge of £50 may be levied. If no notice is given then the client will be charged the full follow-up consultation rate (£110).

All refunds will be credited back to the client’s originating account within 30 days.

 

Insured Patients

The private medical insurance market has seen a surge in the number of products available to both corporate and personal clients in the last decade. Each product applies its own set of financial limitations and treatments restrictions to the policy holder. The Circulation Clinic cannot be fully versed in the conditions of use of each insurance policy and therefore respectfully recommend that insured clients fully familiarise themselves with their insurance policy and consider attaining an agreement in principal from their insurer prior to undergoing private medical treatments.

The Circulation Clinic will directly invoice all major private medical insurers where applicable in accordance with their schedule of fees. If there is a shortfall in re-imbursement then the client will be invoiced for the difference and kindly asked to settle in full within 30 days.

Clients insured with BUPA may be invoiced according to our self-funding policy. The Circulation Clinic will provide an itemised receipt that can be used to claim back your costs from BUPA. We will always endeavour to help our clients to fully reclaim their costs wherever possible.
